Description

Captured ship: Faithful of La Rochelle (master Elizee Sequinaud).

History: a French fishing ship (90 tons, 12 men) fishing on the Banks of Newfoundland; taken on 19/29 September 1696 about 40 leagues off Newfoundland by the privateer Anne Galley (William Daley commanding) and brought into Aberdovey, Wales.
