A letter from the Recorder of Chichester [Sussex] Harry Peckham, dated at the Inner Temple [London] concerning a petition for pardon from James Parsons, shoemaker, aged 19, and Thomas Binstead, tin-plate worker, aged 17, found guilty of creating a disturbance in a licenced Methodist Chapel. Folio 435. Parsons' and Binstead's petition, dated at goal at Chichester.
