Folios 408-411. Extract of the minutes of a general meeting of the West Indian merchants, concerning a lack of service from packet boats for Jamaica; and urging the Leeward Island packet boat to be ordered to call at Montserat [Montserrat]. Mentions: the chairman and deputy; Alderman Crichton; and Mr Atkinson. Folio 410. Memorial to Lord Le Despencer and H F [Henry Frederick] Carteret, Post Masters General, dated on 7 July 1780. These document are endorsed as being enclosed in a letter from Mr Todd to W K [?William Knox] with a note adding that this letter is missing.
