Folio 397. A letter from Jo [John] Murray to [John] Bell at Earl Hillsborough's office, Cleveland Row [Middlesex]. Advises that he has arrived with Lord Hillsborough's packet for General Reid, and hopes to set out with it tomorrow, as Admiral Sir Tho [Thomas] Pye has ordered a cutter for him to board the ship. Weather conditions have so far prevented embarkation. Seal, in good condition, depicting a woman leaning on trident anchor.
