Concerns the potential for riotous disorder tomorrow when 'a numerous concorse [concourse] of people' are expected to assemble at Westminster Hall [Middlesex]. Folio 344. A letter from H to Mr Manwaring and Sampson Wright esquire. Encloses a copy of a letter [not filed here] from Lister, in case the military are needed to preserve public order.
