Folios 223-226. A letter from Wm [William] James to Viscount Stormont, dated at East India House [London], returning 'Dutch papers' [not filed here] for disposal. Enclosing: Folio 224-225. Copy of a letter from Philip Cray to Mr Wilks, dated at Pepper Cellars [below the Royal Exchange, London]. He has perused the Dutch letters and they relate to commercial matters, contain little of political relevance, and contain nothing of interest to the English [East India] Company.
