Folio 190. A letter from Mr Howe, in the secretary's absence, dated at Customs House, London. Enclosing: Folio 191. A letter from Rooth Colebrak, Customs House, Dover, Kent. Details a search made by John Norris, tide-surveyor, of a Dutch [Netherlands] pilot taking passage aboard the 'Expedite' passage vessel bound to Ostend. Folio 192-193.
