Folio 155. Copy of a letter from Viscount Stormont to the sheriffs of London and Middlesex, dated at St James's [Middlesex], concerning the case of [François Henri de] [Francis Henry] de la Motte. If he's convicted of High Treason, he should be remanded back to the Tower of London, because the ruinous state of Newgate Prison [London] cannot make it safe to detain him there.
