Folios 135-136. A petition from Colonel Thomas Twisleton of Broughton Castle [near Banbury], Oxfordshire, seeking recognition of his claim to the title of Baron Saye and Sele, with an outline of his descent from the first baron, Sir Richard Fenys, granted a patent from King James I on 9 August 1603. Contains a genealogical chart.
