Folios 71-72. A letter from Thos [Thomas] Astle [endorsed as being] to Mr [?Isaac] Akerman, dated at Battersea Rise [Lambeth]. Concerns a claim of right of way which the recipient claims on Astle's land, arising from the fact that their two farms, plus that of their neighbour Mr [?Robert] Lovelace, were created by the subdivision of one large property. Mr Akerman's property opens onto Clapham [Surrey] Common.
