Copy of a letter from Chas [Charles] Eyles to the Earl of Hillsborough, dated at the Office of the Clerk of the Peace for Middlesex, advising of the election of William Mainwaring, of Golden Square [Westminster, Middlesex], chairman of the Sessions of the Peace in the room of Sir John Hawkins. Enclosing: Folio 63-64. The resolution of the session, held at Hicks Hall, St John Street, detailing the vote, with scrutineers George Forster Tufnell, John Brettell, and John Barnfather, and naming all present at the meeting. Folio 66. Copy of a like letter to Viscount Stormont. Enclosing: Folio.67-68. A like enclosure.
