Resolution of the magistrates at the 'Turk's Head', Gerard Street that it is necessary to know the number of horse and foot troops directed to attend the orders of the magistrates in order that the right allotments can be made to protect the places pointed out to the magistrates by the Secretaries of State. Present Thomas Parker (chairman), David Walker, Herbert Whitfield, Husband Messiter, William Hyde, John Croft, George reid, Sampson Wright and Jacob Fletcher.
