Letter dated at the General Post Office from the joint Postmaster General to Lord Hillsborough enclosing a copy of a letter from their agent at Dover for consideration as they are assured that the Office's revenue and business are adversely affected, as are the captains of the Dover and Harwich packet boats, by the way communication is conducted to and from Margate. Folios 42-44. Letter dated at London from John Walcot to Anthony Todd duplicate of folios 28-30 above.
