The Memorial of Edward Lister, merchant in Leeds [Yorkshire], to Lord Hillsborough praying that the necessary directions be given to Sir William Hamilton, British Envoy at Naples, to remove Consul Bomeester's privilege as Consul-General for the island of Sicily until such time as Lister receives from Bomeester the outstanding balance of £930 7s 11d due for goods sold.
