Folio 23. Letter from Al [Alexander] Wedderburn, Attorney-General, to Lord Hillsborough that having considered with the Solicitor-General the statement of the evidence prepared by the Treasury Solicitor there are some circumstances making the expediency of trying Joseph Jaques somewhat doubtful. Wedderburn and the Solicitor-General would like to discuss the matter with Hillsborough.
