Place of accident: Bwllfa Lower No.2, Glamorgan.
Injury: Injured abdomen.
Details of accident: Gravitating wagons and applying brake of Bwllfa Dare Wagon 483 by means of brake-stick, stick slipped and lever sprang up and caught him in the abdomen. Died at Halse Somerset, 10 May 1905.
