Name: William George Watts.
Occupation: Pilot Guard, Penarth Junction.
Place of accident: Penarth Junction, Glamorgan.
Injury: Left foot amputated.
Details of accident: While uncoupling wagons the stick broke and caused him to stumble against the train and he received a blow on the back of his head by the wagon following and rendered him unconscious. He was found lying on the ground, and the train evidently passed over his leg in two places.
