Folios 246-247. A Copy of an order in Council, relating to the French ship 'La Fidelle', of [Le] Havre, France, released from embargo with her cargo restored, following the petition of its captain Pierre Belhomme. Returning from Port au Prince [Haiti], the vessel was forced, by weather, into Portsmouth [Hampshire]. Also mentions: HMS 'Prince of Wales', 'Fame', and 'Shrewsbury'. Copy certified by Henry Tolcher junior, collector; and R Palmer, comptroller.
