Folios 197-199. A letter from Dun [Duncan] Campbell, enclosing one from the Lord Mayor of London, James Esdaile. Folio 198. Advises that overcrowding at Newgate [prison, London] is so great that the keeper, Mr [Richard] Akerman [Ackerman], says there is no room to hold prisoners arriving for trial at the Old Bailey.
