A letter from Lord Macartney to 'the chief magistrate of any seaport in Great Britain', dated at St George's, Grenada, concerning rebel prisoners John Jacques ?Delver, Nathl [Nathaniel] Wordbury and Joseph Jasks. Sent, with the prisoners aboard 'the Potowmack', commanded by Captain James Mitchell. Encloses the captain's receipt [not filed here]. Endorsed on reverse: In the Lord Mayor's letter 16 July 1778; and copy sent to the Admiralty 25 July 1778.
