Description

Folios 97-120. A letter from Doctor R Jebb and Robt [Robert] Adair to Viscount Weymouth, dated at Strasbourg concerning the health of H R H [Prince William Henry, Duke of Gloucester]. The correspondence of Captain Pleisdell and Mr ?Bryant's mentions his journey as far as Trent [Trento, Italy] where he was indisposed by a haemorrhage from his bowels. Folio 99-100. Letter from Jebb and Adair, dated at Trent on 19 July 1777, mentioning Mr Booth the messenger's conduct. Folio 101. Jebb and Adair, dated at Trent on 25 July 1777. Folio 102. Jebb and Adair, dated at Trent on 29 July 1777, mentioning H R H's diet of breast milk. Folio 103. Jebb and Adair, dated at Trent on 5 Aug 1777. Folio 104.
