As the bankrupts have clandestinely left the country, could the Post Master General deliver their correspondence to John Platt, of Cornhill [London], or Henry Smith, of Turn Wheel Lane [Cannon Street, London]. Also signed by: Rogr [Roger] Staples; Thomas Everett; Henry Crosley; Jas [James] Bennett; and John Whitehead.
