Enclosing: Folio 64A. A note from ?l'Broune Dignan to John Gretton, Margaret Street, Cavendish Square, London, to pay Peter Victor d'Hancarville £23. Folio 64B. A letter to Mr d'Hancarville, at Mr Seraphini's, 14 Great Suffolk street, Charing Cross [Middlesex] from the [prison hulk] 'Justitia', off Woolwich [Kent]. Wants to speak to the recipient, who could visit, or write, but must not do so in French. The 'Chevalier' would be the best to translate, as he is 'secret'. Listing of French prisoners onboard the 'Justitia' hulk: Duval fils, Garnier, Eymery, Beaumond, Medour, Allain, Despax, Castet, Cadoux, Casenave de Laporte, Neil, Lemasson, Fortain, De ?, Lamassemorin, Dupin, Blanchardier, D'Orbray, Lastan?, Dupeyrat, Desmas, Lavigne, Legrié père et fils, Jh Babrola, Guillemin, Tiroir?, Collignan, Fatin, J. Legue, Fouchey, Laporte aîné.
