Folios 623-626: Sum stolen from the fourth battalion, Iraq levies: sanctions the charge of indicated sum to the losses subhead of the Vote for Middle Eastern Services and the writting off from store charge of the indicated sum, and requests an assurance that a watch for the notes is still being kept and that despite special circunstances cash balances will be kept as low as possible.
