Folios 603-607: Loan of riffles on charge of the second battalion, Iraq levies: sanctions the writing off of the charge for the riffles on condition that the value is recovered from the personnel concerned and indicates limits up to which the Secretary of State is authorised to write off losses in Iraq, and returns the proceedings of the Court of Inquiry.
