Report of their opinion as to whether the printer and publisher of the Public Advertiser of 6 July containing the proceedings of the Common Hall of the City of London on Wednesday 24 June and 4 July together with a copy of the proposed Address, Remonstrance and Petition are guilty of any and what offence in printing and publishing the same.
