Folios 210-215. Folios 210 and 215. Letter dated at Leeds [Yorkshire] from Ric [Richard] Wilson to Lord Rochford enclosing papers relating to Dighton's murder in 1769. He says that if the Crown is advised to prosecute he would hope Mr Lister could be engaged to carrying on the prosecution or at least as an assistant. Folios 211-212. Samuel Lister's account [damaged] of Dighton's murder and robbery. Folios 213-214. A short case introductory to the evidence against Robert Tommis and [Matthew] Normington prisoners in York Castle for the robbery of Mr Dighton.
