Folios 190-192. Folios 190 and 192. Letter dated at Fenchurch Buildings, London from Robert White, for Allan Auld, and William Ross to the Earl of Rochford enclosing: - Folio 191. The Memorial of Allan Auld and William Ross of London thanking Lord Rochford for recommending their interest to the Emperor of Morocco, informing him of the edicts issued by the Emperor and their hopes of the continuation of the Emperor's protection and favour. They request Rochford to pray that the King 'be graciously pleased' to take notice of the memorial in his letter to the Emperor and of their grateful appreciation of his Imperial justice. They also ask that Rochford convey their thanks and compliments to the Moroccan Ambassador on Auld's favourable reception at the Emperor's Court.
