Folios 63-64. Letter dated at the Public Office, Shadwell from Jno [John] Sherwood and Burd [Burford] Camper to W [William] Frazer [Fraser] that with Mr Wilmot they made enquiries at Spitalfields and found everything quiet and not the least prospect of any meetings. However although handbills in the same wording as that used to the weavers have been distributed among the coal heavers, Sherwood and Camper find no evidence of anything happening but do fear 'some evil agents are abroad spreading sedition'.
