Folios 517-526: Transferred assets claim of the British government: states that they are unable to admit that the successful endeavours of the Iraq government to place its finances on a sound basis impose any obligation on the British government to waive a legitimate claim for transferred assets, and considers that the position should be rectified by the payment during the current financial year.
