Folios 417-418: Levy estimates 1926-27: suggests that estimates for rations be reduced, and proposes to make a reduced provision for the service which will include an addition of seven quartermasters, and that on receipt of further information regarding the levy base hospital and medical establishments, expenditure as indicated, will be approved.
