Folios 402-409: Recovery from the Turkish Petroleum Company of the cost of a geological survey: transmits copy of a War Office's letter regarding the expenditure from the army funds on the survey between Baghdad and Haifa, and considers that the communication to the Company of Reports of the Survey should have been conditional on the payment of the expenses involved.
