Folios 213-219: Claim of Messrs Lynch Brothers: states that he wrote to Messrs Owen Wells and Dane of the Anglo-Turkish mixed arbitral tribunal, asking them to arrange that Messrs Lynch Brothers' claim should be deferred and informing that the claim would probably be opposed in the first place on the grounds indicated.
