Folios 28-30: Applications for British nationality by persons claiming to be Iraqi nationals: states that in view of the Colonial Office's letter they are disposed to pursue their suggestion that applicants should be encouraged to secure Iraq nationality en route for British nationality, and discusses question of Ottoman natives of Iraq resident in the United Kingdom.
