A report by the Earl of Marchmont an the committee appointed to inspect the printing of the Rolls of Parliament and Journal of the House, in 13 volumes, with resolutions as to the manner of distribution. Endorsed: 'The Lords Journal will be ready to be delivered to the Lords, etcetera, by Mr Rose in South Audley Street [Middlesex] on 1 October 1771'. Folio 315-316. Draft of a letter from the Vice Chancellor [Baron Apsley] to the Vice Chancellor of the University of Oxford [Oxfordshire], N Wetherell, dated at St James's, advising that the university is to receive a copy. Folio 317. Draft of a letter from the Vice Chancellor to the Vice Chancellor [James Brown] of the University of Cambridge [Cambridgeshire], dated at St James's, advising that the university is to receive a copy. Folio 318. A letter from Brown to the Lord Chancellor, dated at Pembroke Hall, Cambridge. Folio 320-321. A letter from Wetherell to the Lord Chancellor, dated at University College, Oxford.
