Folios 203-204. Letter dated at Broxborn Bury, Hertfordshire from Colonel George Monson to [?Lord Rochford] enclosing a letter from Nabob Waulaujah of the Carnatic. Monson writes that if 'your Lordship thinks it consistent with His Majesty's dignity to take under consideration the affairs of an Indian Prince' he (Monson) is certain 'the Nabob will ever esteem himself fortunate in the mediation'.
