Description

Folios 190-196. Folios 190 and 192. Letter dated at Treasury Chambers [London] from John Robinson to Sir Stanier Porten enclosing for Lord Rochford's information:- Folio 191. A copy of a letter from Phil [Philip] Stephens [Secretary to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty] to John Robinson about the French Ambassador's complaint against Mr Watson of the HMS Wells cutter, Lieutenant [Edward] Columbine commanding, for having taken away fish from some Frenchmen.
