Matters discussed:- Monsieur Bukati's Memorial of 11 June 1772 and the Memorial delivered by the Polish Ministers and 'the Rhode Island business' concerning the burning of the sloop HMS Gaspee in relation to which Admiral [John] Montague is mentioned.
