Folio 162. Note dated on Tuesday evening at Mr James's Union Street, Westminster. 'Mr Cuningham begs to present his most dutiful respects to Lord Rochford and to himself to deliver an appearance that he has by this post inclosed Lord Townshend and Mr William Bolger his attorney in Dublin a full discharge for Pryke and Williams Lord Mansfield says as they can prove in Dublin Mr Cuningham's hand an affidavit is not necessary. Mr Cuningham hopes Mr Porten will now write him as to his affairs with the King as he wants money much and has wrote Mr [?Henry Seymour] Conway and Lord George Jermaine [Germain] about his affairs'.
