Folios 153-154. Undated note from Josias Cuningham. Mr Cuningham insists on Mr Porten's giving him an answer will Lord Rochford endeavour to obtain from the King redress of Mr Cuningham's injuries or must Mr Cuningham seek for legal redress from the laws. Mr Cuningham leaves town on Wednesday morning therefore shall look on Mr Porten's answer as definitive'.
