Undated note from Josias Cuningham to Lord Rochford who will see the absolute necessity of the King permitting Cuningham to resign his half pay and sell an ensigncy and to this end he hopes Rochford will forward his petition to the King. The Secretary at War 'has another short one to remind the King to give him orders'.
