Letter, dated at Dundee, from Alexr [Alexander] Mackglashan to [Lord Rochford] requesting to know what has been done in relation to his memorial, a copy of which is enclosed, relating to the seizure in 1770 by the French of a small sloop purchased by Mackglashan and the [?East India] Company's agent, Frederick Diderickson, together with its cargo. Folios 46-47. Memorial dated 15 February 1772.
