Description

Folio 32. Note from Mr [?Stephen] Cottrell at the Council Office to Mr [Stanier] Porten that the orders for the two Irish bills and passing them under the Great Seal will be ready for dispatch to Sir Robert Willmott. The bill for carrying on an inland navigation has no material alteration except for the term of its continuance. The bill for licencing hawkers and pedlars is passed without amendment.
