Coalmining: Regional Industrial Relations Officers report disputes between 38 colliery companies in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire and the Midland Counties Colliery Officials and Staffs Association; Arbitration Order SR and O 1305; dissatisfaction with terms and conditions of employment, the companies refusal to negotiate with the Trade Unions, Wage rates and general matters affecting the employment of Trade Union Members.
