Beneficiary of the warrant: John Billesby, esquire, kinsman and next heir of Agnes Billesby, son of Richard Billesby, son of the same Agnes, late usher of the fee of the same Exchequer, deceased
Subject: 47s 3d for carrying 16 of the king’s writs by daily journeys to diverse places of England, and also for carrying the said 16 writs to diverse counties of England; 55s 7½d for wax for sealing the said writs by daily journeys and for sealing 1,457 of the king’s writs. Witnessed by Sir W [William] Notyngham
