Subject: £36 12s 1½d to Sir William Stokkes: £10 18s 9½d for the rigging of the king’s ship called the Carigon; and £11 6s 8d for the freight of 15 tons and one pipe of the king’s wine from Bordeaux; and 106s 8d for one ton of wine delivered to the nuns of Syon; and also £9 for 12 oxen by him bought for victualling of the same Carigon, passing through Calais, for conveying of ‘the wolle Flete’; also 20 marks to Walter Colvercoke for the conducting of the fleet, late passing out of the Thames into Seland [Zeeland, The Netherlands] towards 'Burgges Marte' held there
