Description

Folios 277-278. Samuel Seddon, Assistant to the Council [Counsel] for the affairs of the Admiralty and Navy, to the King. Petition that should Joseph Morris, a marine on HMS Lynn, be found guilty of killing an unnamed woman at Plymouth the King forbear putting into execution any sentence.
