Description

Folios 108-120. Folios 108-109. Paul Metheun of Corsham, Wiltshire to the King. Petition for a grant on a writ of ad quod damnum relating to the enclosure of a common highway leading to and from the road to and from Corsham to Chippenham. Referral to the Attorney or Solicitor-General signed by W [William] Pitt. Folios 110-116. Copies of the writ ad quod damnum, the inquisition taken thereon and of the Clerk of the Peace's certificate that the same have been recorded at the Quarter Sessions for Wiltshire. Folios 117-120. Attorney-General's report recommending the petition be granted. Signed by C [Charles] Pratt.
