Folios 126-160: Iraq passports and certificates of nationality: states that the Council of Ministers have accepted the final regulations and forms that will be printed and issued forthwith, and requests that circular instructions to consuls be issued forthwith and suggests modifications to the circular outlined in despatch 1310 of 1925 [folio 160 is a 'notice to binder' sheet].
