Folios 48-58: Fidelity guarantees: states that the Iraq government are inclined to accept the offer made by the British Oak Insurance Company, subject to the inclusion of the special closure indicated and requests that enquiries be made as to whether Mr Fowler, the local agent, is legally empowered to enter into special clauses.
